Ok, I don't know how much this will expand, but I would like to share a couple of tricks I learned by accident and shown by others that may help noobs and "old b's" 
The first is power parking. As much as I would love everybody who entered a room to know how to power park (how many challenges cancelled because one player doesn't know how?), I have to respect the new guy for at least trying.
1. It have to be between 2 parked cars (duh).
2. Those 2 cars can be other players. (I've gotten a Power Parking achievement in the Quarry!)
3. You HAVE to be perfectly still for a few seconds AFTER you park. Even if you're a little off, just wait a second, it may still count.
4. If you set off a car's alarm, you have to find 2 other parked cars.
The second is the jump through the hanging fuselage section (not the red one) at the airfield.
You can use the usual method of going through the collapsed hanger OR you can come at it from the opposite side. Use the ramp you see on the immediate left as you enter the airfield. Instead of jumping over the hanger that's right in front of it, angle your car to the left. You will need a running start so use the same run that you use for the red fuselage, just head for the left ramp. A couple of practice runs and you'll hit it perfectly every time. Well, maybe not every time.
Something for fun: In the Quarry, you can stone-skip across the creek. Heading north (cuz it only works coming from the one side), instead of going over the barrel roll ramps, go to the right of it where the rocks are in the water. With enough speed you can skip off the rocks to the other side without crashing.
There are a couple of tricks (secret spot and the lookout) that Lega-c knows of. Maybe if you're really nice he'll share them with you.
