I currently have a pink floyd theme I got from allps3themes.com, I like it because they are my favourite band and it is not too "busy" meaning the xmb is easy to see, I tried a few different themes but they obscured the menus I found.
There is definite potential for an awesome Burnout theme though, if I ever get around to making one it would either be a burnout one or a Coheed & Cambria one.

Yea - that is also the reason I like Neon, very cool and yet very easy to read the XMB!

Yeah, I've seen that one. Pretty scary, I used the Neon theme as my first and only theme since I started downloading themes for my PS3. I don't know why I like it so much!

download it straight to the system

get your removable media ready (memory card, flash drive etc) and create a folder on it called PS3 and then one inside that called THEME.
transfer the theme into this folder and then when you plug it into your ps3 and go to theme settings -> install it should detect it.
