Burnout Paradise: 50,000 gamers online, new DLC liveries coming.Looks like Burnout Paradise (PS3, Xbox 360) is turning out to be a smashing success. The game topped the UK charts for two weeks running back when it was released, and it looks set to rip its way into the hearts of US gamers as well. Criterion Games reports that: In the past 24 hours we’ve had 50,000 people play Burnout Paradise online on both systems. If they only stayed online for one hour each on average (and most stayed for more than that), there will be have been over five and a half years of play online in Paradise City in the last 24 hours. If you're one of those 50,000 gamers who logged on last March 5, and you're looking forward to even more hours of digital high octane smashing and crashing, you'll be glad to know that the game's first package of downloadable content is on its way. Criterion Games has some sleek new liveries for your cars in the upcoming DLC. Even better is that they're free of charge! No date yet on when they'll be released though, but we'll keep you posted. For now, take a look at some of the liveries in the upcoming DLC: Check out the QJ-article for the videos.

Cool. Been waiting for some DLC, just hope it comes out on the PlayStation Saudi Arabia Store. We don't have most of the stuff here.

You can just go on the EU or USA and get it. I have access to the EU, JAP, USA and UK store.

Question - How do I make a new account on the PSN Store? Question - Can I use a credit card from another country on another store? For example, can I use my dad's Saudi Arabian credit card to but stuff from the US Store?
Thanks a mil, mate!

Yes and yes. Exept the JAP store, no credit cards here. I'll post a guide in the next hours.

mike3648 reckons the new island will be free! but there will be some paid dlc. My guess is that if the island is free then the events and challenges related to it will be paid for. They have probably made the island itself free so that if you are freeburning then everyone can go everywhere together rather than there being a barrier for some people and not for others. what do you reckon? also what about the next islands that are meant to focus on more driving styles, what styles do you think they'll do?

No clue on the styles. I'm stumped.
Criterion announced that there will be free and paid for DLC, and I think it is precisely for the reason you stated, so that every body can Freeburn together. Maybe I won't be able to though. Internet connection is crap.
