Power Parking
A Power Park is performed by essentialy parallel parking by using the e-brake. The rating system for this is judged on how far in the lines you are, if you hit any of the cars you're parking between, and if you are on the curb. There is an achievement unlocked for getting 100% rating.

Flat Spin
A Flat Spin is a stunt performed by spinning your car off of a ramp on its horizontal axis.
To perform a Flat Spin simply drive up any ramp and when the car is almost at the very top of the ramp tap the E-Brake button and steer hard left or right. The car will then spin while in the air, and the game will track the rotation you achieve.
Some cars are harder to spin that others depending on their traction. Stunt cars are easiest, while race cars are much harder to spin since their tyres have much more grip on the road.
During online multiplayer games the session keeps track of the largest rotation by each player in the game, and beating the highest score causes an alert to all players.
Players may earn an Achievement by performing a full 360 degree Flat Spin in any car.

Barrel Roll
A Barrel Roll is a stunt that can be performed on Split Ramps at various locations around Paradise City. The car spins along an axis running from the front of the car to the back.
While in the air the Barrel Roll can be controlled using the steering controls to allow a clean landing. Landing on the side or roof of the car will cause it to crash so it is essential to make sure you have enough speed and hit the ramp correctly.
Big Surf beach is a good location to learn to Barrel Roll as it has a pair of Split Ramps in the middle of a long traffic-less run up.

Drifting
Drifting is a stunt that puts the car into a power slide. The wheels lose traction on the road and the car moves sidewards while powering in the direction it points.
This technique can be used to maximize the exit speed from tight corners, although Race Cars are difficult to Drift with because of the high traction of their tires.
Extended drifting can be performed by finding a wide open area with no cars and then simply drifting in a circle. Using this approach it is easy to rack up thousands of yards of drift in a single stunt.
