I've got a problem. 
My PSP 1004's (old/phat) volume up button suddenly stopped working.
Here's how it started.
- In the morning, fine
- Started to experience sever lag issues, I would press the volume up or down button, and nothing would happen. However, it would shoot to full high/low after about five seconds, and I had no control over it.
- Restored PSP to factory settings, restarted and tried again. Same issue.
Left it off for one night, next morning, volume down button is perfect, but volume up button doesn't work at all, doesn't even lag and work. Just doesn't work.
I have to go on an 8-hour plane journey on Wednesday, wanna get this issue fixed before I do. Any tips? Home fixes? Or must I go to Sony? Thanks.
