This park sits on Lvliang Mountain and is part of the Guandishan Forest Zone top China tours, which covers the city of Taiyuan, Lvliang county, and other cities and counties, across a 68,448-hectare Area. It is called the home of a particular species of larch tree and the brown-eared pheasant, which is a rare fowl and the provincial bird (Shanxi). Much of the park is around 1, 300 - 2, 500 meters above sea level, with the highest point being 2, 831 meters, the second highest peak in North China area, at Xiaowen Moutain.
The park has eight scenic spots: Pangquangou, Beiwudang Mountain, Baimaxian, Yunding Mountain China travel deals, Guolaofeng, Yuanpingchuan, Sandaochuan, and Yanggetai, and a number of springs, waterfalls, rare flowers, grasses, a dense forest, and rare animals such as the pheasant, as well as caves and mountains, making it an ideal place for tourists.
